No glass items are permitted inside the pool. Should an accident occur, a $250 charge applies for the draining and specialized cleaning required to keep all guests safe.

Please don't add oils, sunblock, soaps, or any other products to the water, as they can damage the filtration system.

Direct beach access is available to our guests. The Pacific here is beautiful and powerful, with strong currents and no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.

For your safety, we recommend against swimming in the ocean at night or during high tide. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.

The volcanic beach is El Paredón's crown jewel. Treat it like royalty — no litter, no glass bottles, no plastic.

We recommend bringing insect repellent for the evenings.
